*Yes, it is Tuesday and usually I post Mondays for Motivation but the truth is… because it was the first day back to work for this hopeful new year, I was motivated to get something done ✅ and I did so here’s the Motivation for today and the rest of the year into your life time, hopefully starting now.
It’s all about strengthening health and maintaining it.
Because, as we face the drama of a pandemic that just wants to linger, the biggest natural defense against it—is strengthening your health… Your Immunity. This is no way a substitute for a vaccine! Thanks to the brilliant minds around the globe working 24-7, a vaccine has been developed.
And… by Building your immunity it can help tremendously given what we know.
We know… of the strangers and loved ones we’ve lost to this devious microscopic killer, 96% of those lives taken, had a preexisting condition!
That means, it took the lives of those—it perceived as weak, in order to thrive itself.
At some point, it will realize it needs to keep its host alive in order for it to survive. Thereby, keeping us alive.
In all the years I’ve studied medicine and how the different systems in our body work, there is one thing clearly evident. The body works as a whole and is influenced by what what we put in our 👄 mouth… what we eat and how we think.
We know the gut and the brain are connected. Not only through a big nerve… immune cells have neurotransmitter receptors! That’s what the brain 🧠 has so many of.
We also know that approximately 80% of the immune cells are in the gut… That’s right!
So think about it… anything you eat can influence the weakening or strengthening of the gut. So… eat well.
- Repair your body. If the body is broken, the virus thrives.
- How? A Huge Start… avoid processed sugar! That’s the white sugar, the high fructose corn syrup (too many words to sound naturally sweet) and any other sugar that doesn’t come naturally from a fruit or one ingredient food. If you have processed sugar, make it a treat, here and there. Most of the other time, Eat one ingredient foods.
- If you can find a doctor who can measure your vitamin, electrolyte, hormone levels, etc, do it. This way you don’t have to take vitamins you don’t need and only take the ones you do need. Some commonly taken immunity strengthening vitamins include, Vitamin C and Vitamin D3 with K. Vitamin B12 strengthens the nervous system.
This isn’t just about killing the virus. It’s about strengthening your immunity and keeping your well being in balance to maintain health… so that by being stronger, you are too big for any microscopic leech to mess with.
So think twice about what you put in your mouth by simply asking, ‘is this making me weaker or stronger’. And make your decision to put it down and away or in.
By Building your immunity, the natural killer cells within you are in line and ready to abolish any threat. You need to be strong, now more than ever.*
